If G15 Macros are legal w/ A-NET
then program a button to repeatedly press 8 with a 0.001 delay or 0.0125 delay between press and continue this while the key is held down.
Guess why? |

Actually, been doing that for a while. Sadly, I don't understand the scripting language, so I either us G6 as 8 with toggle, or use it to run a macro 8888888888888888888888888888888888. Neither of those is perfect - lost my survivor a few days ago. Pressing the G key causes the action to pause until all the 8s have been processed, or the toggle is lifted. Get it wrong and you're dead :/
Any one got a script for press 8, wait 0.025, release 8, repeat while held?

I found that adding too short of a delay causes problem. What seems to work is a delay about 0.300 or was it 0.030 seconds long.
Sorry, not in front of my desktop/game computer. I test it out by press Enter to activate the chat windows and press the macro to see if it repeatedly display 8 with no pause. |

Spoken to them directly and thought i'd share what they said, even though i know this might influence their actions in the future i'd rather see this cleared up with a (hopefully good) solution than being ignored.

Not sure if this goes here...but I have a couple questions
1. I've heard something about "key binding" hero skills to a keyboard button to force spikes(like with discord). Is that a G15 macro or something totally different? 2. Is something like that against the eula? |

It's fine - until somebody in ANet decides to interpret it otherwise (j/k - it's fine!)
In GW, you set up keys to use the particular hero skill - e.g. map keypad1 to "hero 1 skill 1", keypad2 to "hero2 skill 1" and keypad3 to "hero3 skill 1". Then it's simply a matter of recording a macro of keypad1 keypad2 keypad3 - spike!
